Shipping FAQ
We're located in the Netherlands, and ship all orders from our warehouse in Eindhoven.
We aim to ship all orders within one business day, two at the most. When ordering something as a pre-order, an estimated shipping date is listed on the product page.
Orders of 3D printed parts can also take longer, as these are printed on demand, which can take a few days.
When your order is shipped, you should have received a shipping confirmation with a link to the tracking page, here you can enter your tracking code to track your order.
Not all orders can be tracked, if you select a shipping method with No Tracking in the name, we don't have any way to track your order.

This depends on the selected shipping method. When selecting the shipping method, you can see an estimated transit time. If your order hasn't been delivered in this window, please let us know at support@levendigs.com
