Nevermore Scorch - Zeolite Air Filtration Pallets

Nevermore Scorch is a zeolite-based adsorption medium, enhanced with potassium permanganate (KMnO4). It is designed to chemically transform printer VOC toxins, such as styrene, into harmless potassium benzoate, which is a food additive.

Here are the main features of Nevermore Scorch:

• Chemical Transformation: It converts VOC toxins, particularly styrene found in ABS and ASA filaments, into potassium benzoate.
• Heat Resistance: The process is not negatively affected by high chamber temperatures, but is actually accelerated, making it ideal for heated 3D printer chambers.
• Visual Indicator: The color changes from bright purple to dull gray as the filter medium is used, providing a visual indication of when it needs to be replaced.
  

Depending on the temperature at which the Nevermore filter is used, you should change the mix of Scorch and Carbon.
